I'm Carrie-Ann Lukas-Brady, founder of Strategic Talent Consultants.
Throughout my career, I've partnered with organizations navigating growth, operational challenges, organizational change, and complex workforce decisions.
My experience spans manufacturing, veterinary medicine, healthcare-related operations, and multi-location organizations, where I've worked alongside leaders to strengthen HR operations, develop managers, improve employee experiences, and support business objectives.
I believe the most effective HR strategies are built through understanding the business, listening to the people doing the work, and developing practical solutions that leaders can actually implement.

Meet Blink 🐾 Chief Inspiration Officer | Head of Security | Director of Squeak-ectomies
Our unofficial reminder that loyalty, compassion, connection, and a little personality make every workplace better.
Meet Blink, our brindle pittie mix and the heart and soul of our home and office. He takes his responsibilities very seriously, especially protecting his family, supervising daily activities, and ensuring the Treat Fairy never misses a morning delivery.
Every day begins with Blink's morning affirmations:
"You are brave, smart, handsome, healthy, sassy, and funny. I want you to have the best life, and every day to be your best day. You are loved, you are safe, and you are my best friend."
And if you know Blink, you know he believes every single word!
Blink is a connoisseur of pumpkin, salmon, and dog-safe fresh fruits and vegetables.
He's also a passionate toy collector, although any toy containing a squeaker usually requires an emergency squeak-ectomy within five minutes. His enormous dog bed is filled with beloved, stuffing-free babies that he treasures just as much as the day he got them.
When he's not playing, requesting belly rubs, or enjoying his favorite neck nibbles, Blink can usually be found snuggled under the covers in our bed, preferably right next to our pillows.
Personal space is not one of his core values.
As our self-appointed Director of Security, Blink ensures that no lizard, frog, cat, delivery driver, or unsuspecting passerby approaches the property without an official announcement. He also believes his most important responsibility is protecting Mom, which occasionally involves positioning himself directly between her and Dad.
One of Blink's sweetest traditions happens whenever we leave home. He races to his special corner of the backyard and waits for us to drive past so we can wave goodbye. We always remind him to be safe, be brave, head inside, and remember just how much he's loved.
Blink has a remarkable personality, an uncanny understanding of conversations, and an endless capacity for love. He's funny, stubborn, affectionate, protective, and completely convinced that he's an essential member of every meeting.
And he's right.
What Blink reminds us every day: Great relationships are built on trust, loyalty, communication, compassion, and a little bit of humor.
